Meet Our Partner, Snap-Ed

SNAP-Ed is the educational arm of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), helping eligible participants make healthier choices.

SNAP-Ed focuses on nutrition and physical activity education for SNAP-eligible groups, offering programs for kids in schools and workshops for adults and caregivers. They also work with local food pantries and offer a Text-2-Live-Healthy program.

Open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 9:00am – 11:45am | 1:00pm – 3:45pm

Closed: Wednesdays & Weekends

Everyday Eats visits the first Wednesday of every month to provide food support to qualifying Coloradans (age 60+) to help keep healthy food staples in your kitchen.

Colorado Pet Pantry visits on the fourth Wednesday of every month to provide free pet food for families in need. Drop by and pick up food for your furry companions!

STRIDE visits the third Tuesday of every month to provide free health services to those in need, regardless of your insurance or financial situation.
