Xcel Energy Assistance

We offer Xcel Energy Bill Pay Assistance as a partner agency of Energy Outreach Colorado. You may be eligible for the program if the following criteria is met:

  1. You currently own or rent a home within Jefferson County, Colorado

  2. You owe a past due balance on your Xcel Electric and/or Natural Gas account

  3. Your account has not received Energy Outreach Colorado's Bill Pay Assistance from any partner agency since October.

  4. You currently reside at the address for which assistance is being requested.

  5. Your income below 80% Area Median Income (AMI): Energy Outreach Colorado has an income limit for applicants capped at 80% of the AMI
