Struggling with rent? You’re not alone.
The Action Center offers eviction prevention assistance through local, state, and federal grant funding. You may be eligible to apply for rent assistance if the following criteria is met:
You currently rent a home within Jefferson County, Colorado.
You have received a “Demand for Payment or Eviction Notice” from property management for a past due balance.
Your income is below 30% Area Median Income (AMI): Available grant funding has an income limit for applicants capped at 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
